About
Joseph Moore is a West Point graduate and former U.S. Army Infantry Officer who spent six years leading and teaching soldiers in Kansas, Georgia, and various countries in Europe. Moore wrote his first book in the fifth grade after reading John Flanagan's Ranger's Apprentice, and continued to write for fun (and assignments) through college.
He writes middle-grade fantasy, hoping to take everything he knows about leadership, character, perseverance, and self-sacrifice and weave them into stories that children can carry with them. He currently lives in Georgia with his wife and three children.
